Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Currently we have a current promotion of FREE SHIPPING. However, there are exceptions, so please make sure to read below or contact us if questions. The Custom made Farmhouse Dining pieces are NOT included in Free Shipping.
When our FREE SHIPPING promotion has ended, you can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Please note: final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. We will contact you if there is an additional cost to your location.
If you are located on an island, please call for accurate shipping charges. Our current promotion of FREE SHIPPING does not include islands.
The customer is responsible for ALL additional charges by the freight company in the case of having to re-deliver, hard to navigate streets or driveways etc... Please see "OUR POLICY" on returns, as the customer is responsible for the freight charges Taramundi incurs to ship it to the end customer, as well as the freight charges to return the product to Taramundi.
- Our Farmhouse Dining Collection must be shipped by way of Blanket Wrap carriers, so it is best to send us an email with your address so we can quote you accurately before your order is placed.
- Most of the pieces (mirrors, lighting, home decor, and furniture) in our Vintage European Collection are shipped directly from the manufacturers and are curbside delivery only.Curbside delivered items are on a pallet or in a box on a driveway or in a garage as can be accomplished by a single driver. Additional assistance to help the driver at the time of delivery is strongly suggested. Unusual delivery circumstances (long driveway, gated community, narrow streets,etc.) need to be identified when confirming a sales order.
- If you are purchasing multiple items, it is best to call us for best rates and assistance to your location.
UPS and FedEx Ground cannot handle furniture shipments. We use freight carriers to deliver most orders.
Our standard shipping rates are for when delivery of product is placed just inside the recipients preferred entrance. (Exception: The VINTAGE EUROPEAN COLLECTION is curbside only!)
Our system is only set up to ship to customers within the lower 48 states. Clients outside the Continental US, Alaska & Canada please contact us for a shipping quote.
Freight company will contact you to schedule a convenient time and date. The customer is responsible for ALL additional charges by the freight company in the case of having to re-deliver, hard to navigate streets or driveways etc...
If you require the product to be placed in a specific area of your home, please call us to request White Glove Delivery option. It is more expensive than Standard Freight Delivery but well worth it for those who do not wish to deal with moving heavy furniture themselves. Taramundi also offers Will Call at our warehouse in Walnut Creek, California. Simply place your order online (or over the phone) and then call us to setup a time to pickup your furniture once your order has arrived into our warehouse.
For Local delivery in Contra Costa County and surrounding areas on items NOT listed on our website and that we have quoted separately via our showroom or email, please call for delivery charges that apply . All pieces are blanket wrapped and delivered inside your home.
